Overview
The Graduate Appointment Portal (GAP) is the application MIT graduate assistants and others use to create graduate awards including Fellowships, Research Assistantships, Teaching Assistantships, and Instructor-G appointments.
In spring 2017, GAP replaced the Web Grad Aid (WGA) application. All appointments from June 2009 (aid year 2010) have been migrated into GAP. Appointments prior to that date can still be viewed in the Web Grad Aid application. No new appointments may be created or viewed in Web Grad Aid. |
How to Access
The Graduate Appointment Portal can be accessed at https://gap.hcp.mit.edu. Touchstone and Duo authentication is required.
