Any member of the MIT community with IT knowledge to share can become an contributor (create and edit articles) in the Community Contributions space. IS&T staff can also create and edit articles in IS&T Contributions.
The easiest and best way to contact the knowledge base team is to fill out the contact form:
The contact form sends email to the Knowledge Base Team at email@example.com. An RT ticket is also created to ensure tracking and follow up on any questions.
Remember that you can also always suggest an article to be added by someone else, resources permitting. But the surest way to get articles into the KB is to write them yourself!
