GAP Student Assessments & Eligibility

Student Assessments

Tuition and Student Life Fees are assessed by the Registrar and occur each term on the following schedule:

• Summer - As the student registers
• Fall - First week of July
• Spring - First week of December

If you have any questions regarding Tuition and Student Life Fee actual assessment, please contact the Registrar.

Tuition adjustments can happen up to 2 years in the past.

Extended Student Insurance charges are assessed by Medical and occur for each term on the following schedule:

• Summer – On a student-by-student basis
• Fall – First week of July unless waived and then monthly on a student-by-student basis
• Spring - First week of December unless waived and then monthly on a student-by-student basis

If you have any questions regarding Insurance actual assessment, please contact Medical.

Student Eligibility

Students are eligible to register for each term as follows:

• Spring/January - First week of September
• Summer/Fall - First week of February
• Summer - As needed basis
