Duplicate entries in SAPgui Logon Pad after upgrade
After upgrading to SAPgui 7.40r3, Windows users may see duplicate entries in the SAP Logon Pad.
To resolve this issue:
- Uninstall SAPgui via the Windows Control Panel
- Re-run the SAPgui installer.
- If the issue persists:
- In Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Users
- For each user, check for the existence of C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common
- Any saplogon.ini file should be renamed to a value such as saplogin.ini.Sun 12-13-2015 15-29-30.97
- If saplogon.ini exists remove or rename it.
