Student Activities Financial Reports are intended for student use only

• The Reports for Student Groups section of Atlas is designed for financial reporting for student activity groups.
• SAFO uses unique groupings of revenues and expenses, designed to provide student access to financial reports for activity group funds.
• The report is not designed for reporting on WBS elements, cost centers or non-SAFO internal order accounts.
• The SAFO web reports look only for actual postings in SAP. In this way, the SAFO web reports are different from the SAP Summary Statement, which calculates expected EB and overhead, with actual EB and overhead posting to SAP during the month-end closing process.
