SAP Reporting for Student Activities groups - obtain authorizations

Atlas Reports for Student Groups are intended for student activity group reporting only. Employees should run reports in Cognos, SAPgui or BrioQuery.

• If you are managing the finances for a student activities group, and would like authorization for Student Activities reporting, contact the Student Activities Finance Office (SAFO) at funds@mit.edu or by phone at at (617) 253-6777.

• SAP access for student group financial signatories (including the Atlas Reports for Student Groups) expires annually on June 30th. Signatories are responsible for renewing their access by filling out the Student Activities Finance Office (SAFO)'s form at https://cglink.me/2cy/s60.

More technical information

Authorizations will be added by SAFO. Authorizations are granted via the Roles Database, as Report by CO/PC or Can Spend or Commit. Once the authorizations have been added in Roles, they will be available in SAP and Atlas the following day.
