Q: What is the maximum number of contacts for an Exchange Distribution List?

Answer

This is a limitation based on the object size of the distribution list and is usually around 120 contacts, but Microsoft is in the process of revising this service offering and it may be phased out.

The work-around is to create a Mailman list, or create multiple distribution lists.
