You've been granted permission to create and edit articles in the Community Contributions space. Community Contributions is publicly viewable and editing of articles is limited to authorized MIT affiliates.

Make sure you have an MIT personal certificate installed in your browser. To log into The Knowledge Base, go to http://kb.mit.edu. Look for your name in the upper right corner; if you don't see it, click the login button. Safari users should run the CertAid tool, which can be downloaded from http://web.mit.edu/software/mac.html, to add The Knowledge Base to the list of certificate-accessible sites.

Please review the The Knowledge Base Best Practices (http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/x/fQDzC), that have a lot of helpful information on usage guidelines, formatting and can help get you started using the KB. The Knowledge Base Handbook (http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/x/DQDzC) has documentation and instructions on how to create, edit and format articles.
