Q: What are the Time Estimated fields for in RT 4. Can I get rid of them ?
Answer
RT provides the ability to track time spent working on tickets. These fields allow for capture of time tracking information.
If you do not use, or wish to see, these fields on your ticket display you may modify one of your user options:
- Go to Logged in as ... > Options
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Change the last setting, called Hide time and priority fields?, to Yes
