Q: How do I customize my Request Tracker home page ?

• Modify my RT home page, "RT at a Glance", how do I accomplish this is RT 4?

Answer

• Click on Logged in as... >> RT at a glance in the top left row of menus
• Items in the body section display in the lefthand column of the home page
• Items in the summary section display in the righthand column of the home page
• Highlight the desired item and use the blue arrows to move it to selected items and control the order in which it displays
• To remove and item from displaying highlight it and click the Delete button. It will return to the list of items available and may be reselected at another time.
• Click on Home in the upper left to return to the Home page and see the changes
• To undo changes, return to RT at a glance screen and click on Reset to default
