Q: Why don't I see my queues listed on the RT 4.0 home page ?
- I went to the RT home page and I don't see any queues listed. Why?
Answer
The Quick Search queue list on the home page is configurable by user.
To add queues to it:
- Click on Edit in the top right of the Quick Search block.
- Scroll to the queue(s) that should be displayed.
- Check the checkbox to the left of the queue name.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
You must have permissions on the queues you select in order to view, modify or create tickets. If you do not, contact the appropriate queue administrator(s) to request access. |
