Q: How do I book or cancel a classroom course?

Answer

To book a classroom course

1. From SAPWebSS, go to the Training Tab and select the MIT Training Center link.
2. Using the Course Catalog link, find the classroom course you wish to book. To book into it, you will need to find a classroom course that has sessions available.
3. Click on the Course to get to the Course Details page.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Course Details page to see the Sessions Available section.
5. Find a course at a time convenient for you. If there are seats available, you will see a Book Session button. To book into this course, click this Book Session button.
   
   
   The course you just booked will now be available for viewing under the My Course Bookings & Prebookings tab under the My Training link.

If there are no seats available for the course you wish you book, you may book into the waitlist. To book onto the waitlist for this course, click the Book on Waitlist button. The course you just waitlisted for will now be available for viewing under the My Course Bookings & Prebookings tab under the My Training link. Once you are on the waitlist, you will be notified should a spot become available for you to attend the course.

To cancel a booking of a classroom course, or to remove yourself from the waitlist for a course

1. Go to the My Course Bookings & Prebookings tab under My Training.
2. Click on the Cancel link that pertains to the course or wailtisting you wish to cancel.
