Q: How do I add a course I booked in the MIT Learning Center to my Outlook Calendar?
Answer
- From Atlas Self-Service, go to the My Training Tab and select the MIT Learning Center link.
- Click on the My Training link.
- Click on the My Course Bookings & Prebookings tab.
- Click on the classroom course that you wish to add to your Outlook Calendar. Please note that you can only add classroom courses to your calendar.
- Scroll down through the course details to the Booked Session(s) section.
- Click on the Add to my Calendar button:
- You will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen.
You will also receive an invitation in your Outlook email to add the course to your calendar.
Please note that if you are using a MAC, the body of the calendar invite will have additional text in it than what you are used to.
