Q: What is prebooking and how do I prebook a course?

Answer

Prebook the course if there are no sessions scheduled or if the scheduled sessions do not suit you. You can only prebook a classroom course.

Prebooking does not automatically book you in this course. You will receive an email message when the next session is scheduled. You will need to book yourself into the session.

To Prebook a Course

1. Click on the link to the course from the course catalog:
   
   
   
2. Scroll to the bottom of the course details and click on the Prebook Course button:
   
   
   
3. You will receive a message that you have successfully prebooked into the course.
4. This course will now also appear in your prebookings list on the My Training page.
