Q: Why doesn't pine's "bounce" feature work correctly in Debathena?

When you attempt to use Pine's "bounce" feature to re-send a message to a new recipient, it will be sent to the original recipient (ie: the "To:" field) instead. This is due to a known bug (Debian bug 464474) in msmtp, which is responsible for sending the e-mail behind the scenes.

This bug is fixed in Debian 5.0 (Lenny) and Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty), and has also been fixed in Ubuntu LTS 8.04 (Hardy) and Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid) on systems where Ubuntu Backports are turned on.
