Delete draft JVs

• A journal voucher that has not yet been submitted and does not have a document number can be deleted. You will find these drafts in your My JVs tab.

Request Deletion

• If a JV is submitted, it has a document number. You can request deletion by selecting the request deletion icon when viewing a journal voucher that is awaiting approval or rejected. This will send an email to the Vice President for Finance Office to initiate review for deletion.
