Who can use Atlas Self-Service to update personal information?

• All MIT campus employees with faculty or staff appointments can update their personal information via the My Profile tab of Atlas.
• Updates made to work address and phone will be reflected in the MIT Directory on the following day.

How can students, retirees and Lincoln Laboratory employees update their personal information?

• Undergraduate and graduate students can update their information using WebSIS, at: http://student.mit.edu/cgi-docs/student.html
• Retirees should contact the Retirement Benefits Office at (617) 253-5100.
• Lincoln Laboratory Staff should contact the Lincoln Laboratory Human Resources Department at ext. 7066.

What about MIT Affiliates?

• MIT affiliates are not able to update their personal information via Atlas.

• In most cases, if the user is displayed as employee in Rolesweb, this is an indication that SAP will consider them as an employee, and that they will be able to update their personal information via Atlas.
