Solution
MIT students and employees who need to access The MIT Learning Center prior to their position start date
If you are an MIT employee or an MIT graduate or undergraduate student, and need access to the MIT Learning Center prior to your position start date or student registration date, the IS&T Service Desk can work with the HR Payroll Service Center to adjust your SAP record, to enable access to the MIT Learning Center. Contact the IS&T Service Desk, at servicedesk@mit.edu for assistance with that process.
MIT Affiliates and Guests
MIT affiliates, consultants and temporary employees, who have an email address and an MIT ID will be able to access the MIT Learning Center
Please allow two full days, from time of Kerberos account creation, to enable the necessary updates to SAP.
If you continue to experience difficulties, contact the IS&T Service Desk at (617) 253-1101 or servicedesk@mit.edu.
A note about MIT Certificates
If you have been able to display the course catalog, and see your name correctly displayed in the left navigation pane, this means that your MIT personal certificate is working properly.
