How can a temporary employee be granted access to Concur?
Temporary employees and MIT affiliates can be manually entered into the Concur system.
To request that a Concur account be manually created for an individual, the Financial Officer for the department, lab or center can send an an email to travelsupport@mit.edu, indicating the full name, MIT ID and email address of the individual.
A Concur account will be created, which will be active for 6 months.
Once expired, the account can be reactivated at any time by sending a request to travelsupport@mit.edu.
