What is the FRC Monitor Role?

Authorization that allows the grantee to view FRC reports and details for a department. Managers/Supervisors can have this Role set in order to use the FRC monitoring reports to check ongoing progress of reviews, check if any cost objects are not being reviewed, check up on common issues being identified, etc.
