Why do I get an error in PDR saying something is invalid?

When a required field in the PDR form is left blank, an error message appears, showing the name of the field and saying it "is invalid." For instance, the following message appears if there is no text in the field labeled, "List job knowledge and skills:"

To avoid this error, return to the form and fill out the specified field(s).
