Q: Can I expect on-campus support for all products for which LinkedIn Learning offers a course?

No. Some of the courses are taught on IS&T supported software, others are not. The IS&T Help Desk will only provide assistance for IS&T-supported products. Other courses are offered to allow the MIT community to learn about other products that they might wish to use. We do not recommend, nor support, the use of those products in the MIT environment.
