Q: What are all the email addresses I see when I reply on a ticket ?
Where do the email addresses come from that I see in "Add New Watchers" on the People page?
Answer
A new feature of RT 4 is it keeps track of the various email addresses a ticket encounters along it's journey, whether they are assigned a current role or not, to make it easy to add them back in later.
You will also notice this on replies and comments, where RT 4 now shows you previously encountered email addresses, taken from previous Requestors and email Ccs, for quick selection. But they'll be unchecked by default.
