Q: Where is the Show Results link in RT 4 ?

  • After I click on a ticket in search results how do I go back to the search results list?

Answer

The menu path has changed from the old version of RT (3.4).

In RT 3.4

In RT 4.0
Follow the menu path Tickets > Current Search > Show Results
