Windows 11 Not Receiving Feature Updates via Windows Update
You may not receive Windows 11 feature updates if you're enrolled in WAUS. Microsoft has changed the packaging model for Windows 11 feature updates. All new Windows 11 Feature Updates will upgrade both Windows 11 AND Windows 10 clients to the latest Windows 11 Feature Update level (e.g. Windows 11 22H2). In order to prevent Windows 10 clients enrolled in WAUS from upgrading to Windows 11, the Windows 11 the feature updates are NOT approved for ALL Computers and are only approved for computers with the appropriate registry key. If your Windows 11 computers are managed in MECM, they will automatically receive the correct registry key and no action is required.
