Run the SAPgui DTR, exclude cost elements related to salary

Question

How can I run the Detail Transaction Report (DTR) in SAPgui, but exclude salary data, that is, exclude line items for which the cost element classification is related to salary?

Note that the Cost Element classification for an expense or revenue is also known as the General Ledger Account or G/L Account.

Answer

1. Within SAPgui, navigate to ZMIT > Reports > Detailed Transaction Report, or enter fast path ZDTR.
2. Enter cost object or profit center and date criteria as usual.
3. In the field for Cost Element group, enter CEMIT-B09.
