Please send an email similar to the below template to tooltime@mit.edu with your request. It will take us 1-5 business days to create your custom fields.
Subject: Please create the following custom field for my queue Request Types: (this will appear on the ticket screen) Field description: (optional) Custom field type: (one of: select one value, select multiple values, enter one value, enter multiple values, fill in one text area) Applies to: Tickets
The above represents the minimal information we need to create a custom field. There are additional field types available, along with some tools for field validation and linking. Please ask us if you have specific things you'd like to do with custom fields but are not sure about.
