Q: How do I customize the Dashboard in RT

Answer

1. Follow the menu path Home > New Dashboard.
2. Enter a name for the dashboard.
3. You can choose to make the dashboard available only to yourself. Alternatively, if you have rights for one or more RT groups, you can choose to make the dashboard visible to all members of the group.
4. Select Create.
5. From the links on the upper right of the screen select Content.
6. Select items to add to the content of the body of the dashboard. Standard features such as Quick Search and Quick Create are available, as well as any Saved Searches to which you have access.
   Note: Saved Searches will execute the search and display the results on the dashboard.
7. If desired, select items to add to the side bar.
