How to Collect GlobalProtect Logs

Use the following steps to collect GlobalProtect logs:

  1. Launch the GlobalProtect app.
  2. From the status panel, open the settings dialog.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. From the GlobalProtect Settings panel, select Troubleshooting.
  5. Select the Debug Logging Level.

This will generate a .zip file that can be sent to the Service Desk agent.
