Printing from Open Text Viewer applet on Mac OS X

Workaround steps are needed for printing In order to print from OpenText Viewer on Mac OS X 10.8 and lower, a change is needed in the print dialog box, see below for details.

Workaround often needed for printing

NOTE: Users on Mac OS 10.9 and 10.10 do not need this workaround.

To print on Mac OS X 10.8 or lower:

1. Click the printer icon, or follow the menu path Document > Print.
2. Change the drop-down menu from Print in original size to Scale to printable area.
3. Click OK.
   Result: The Macintosh print dialog box appears.
4. Select the desired printer from the drop-down menu and click Print.
