Cannot create or edit Cognos reports in Firefox 20

Cognos reports cannot be built or modified in Firefox 20. The Cognos Report Studio opens, but the page is blank and buttons are greyed out.

Anyone wishing to create or edit Cognos reports should use Firefox 17, which is available at: http://ist.mit.edu/firefox
