This service that runs on your Windows computer is a service to assist a BeyondTrust (formerly Bomgar) representative perform administrative functions on a remote computer. This is helpful when the end user is using a non-administrator account on the computer. This saves time in each session and enables reps to perform certain administrative tasks (via special actions and canned scripts) on end-user systems without giving full admin rights to each rep.

Please Note: This doesn't not allow the BeyondTrust rep to automatically have rights to remotely connect to the computer. The end user must EXPLICITLY allow permission for the representative to connect before a remote session can begin.
