I marked a transaction as Issue Identified - why does it keep appearing even when I select Show Reviewed Items as No?

Transactions marked as “Issue Identified” will remain in your queue each time you run the tool. Once the issue or problem is resolved, the ‘Resolved’ button must be selected and a comment must be entered explaining the resolution. Once you press ‘Save’ and re-run the tool, the transaction will no longer appear as an open item in your queue.
