Using the Dropbox app to connect an Android device to your MIT Dropbox for Business account, the Dropbox login page goes to a Touchstone single sign-on page, but it will not leave the Touchstone login page and go back to Dropbox.
The Touchstone signin page returns a dbx-sso: URL, which should cause the browser to return to the page that it came from, with an authentication token.
Some Android browsers may not handle this properly, and stay at the Touchstone login page.

Use an Android browser which is capable of dealing with single sign-on. These include:
Clear your default browser, under Settings > Application Manager > find your browswer > select "clear defaults"
