TSM Backup Reports

TSM accepts new registrations for server machine backups only. To back up your desktop or laptop, download and register for a CrashPlan/Code42 account.

If your department, lab, or center (DLC) has three or more TSM subscriptions you, as an IT support administrator, can receive a report every two weeks showing the filespaces backed up for each subscription. The reports are designed to facilitate management of TSM backup operations on multiple server machines.

Report Contents

• NODE: TSM node name
• FILESPACE: TSM filespace name
• Last Backup Complete: Date and time for completion of last backup
• Days Since Last Backup: Number of days since last backup
• Server: Assigned TSM server for node
• IP: IP address used when node last contacted TSM server
• Owner's Last: Last name of TSM subscription owner
• Owner's First: First name of TSM subscription owner
