SAPgui printing - Turn off cover page printing

  1. Select the print icon, then select the print icon again, to open the Print Screen List.
  2. Select the Properties button.
  3. Expand the Cover Sheets section, and select SAP Cover Sheet.
  4. In the bottom panel, select Do Not Print.
  5. Select the Specifications button.
  6. Next to Field Default value, select the pencil icon to change the setting.
    Select Do Not Print.
  7. Select the green check mark.
  8. Select the Copy settings button.
  9. Select the green check mark 3 times to close the 3 windows.

Result: The Do Not Print setting for the SAP Cover page should be in effect for this login and should persist after you log out and log back in.

    In step #3, I found that I had to double-click on the SAP Cover Sheet (instead of Select). I working with Windows 7 and SAPgui 7.10.
