'Zoom for Outlook' add-in
Outlook for Windows 13, 16, or 19:
- Navigate to File > Info
- Click "Manage Add-ins"
- Your mailbox will open in the default browser and the add-ins page will launch
- Search for "Zoom for Outlook"
- Click "Add"
Outlook for Mac 13, 16, or 19:
- Click Tools > Get Add-ins on the ribbon.
- Search for "Zoom for Outlook"
- Click "Add"

Zoom Desktop Client Integration
This method allows you to view meetings from your Outlook Calendar in the Zoom desktop client. If your mailbox is on Exchange 2013 (most MIT community members are), you can use the following configuration details when setting up Calendar and Contacts Integration in your Zoom profile.
- Exchange login username: exchange\<Kerberos username>¹
- Exchange login password: <Kerberos password>
- Exchange Version: 2013
- EWS URL: https://owa.exchange.mit.edu/EWS/Exchange.asmx
¹Note: Enter your Kerberos username without the "@mit.edu" where "<Kerberos username>¹" is written in the above field. Ex: exchange\jdoe
![]() | Please note that delegates with the Scheduling Privilege can schedule meetings for their representative with the Zoom Desktop client, but the representative will have to be invited for the meeting to appear on their Outlook calendar. For example, administrative assistants can schedule meetings on behalf of faculty/staff members, but the faculty/staff members will have to be invited to the meeting for it to appear on their calendar. |
