ORA-12545 Connect failed because target host or object does not exist, BrioQuery login error

If you are trying to connect to the Data Warehouse, for example, in running a BrioQuery report, one possibility for this error message is that there is a problem with your network connection. Test whether you can browse the web in your web browser. If you are accessing from within a Virtual Machine, test whether you can browse the web in Internet Explorer within the Virtual Machine.
