Creating an Application Group

Using application groups is an easy method to create a set of applications that can be distributed in a single deployment. Additionally, you can use Application Groups to set the installation order of your applications. This can be particularly useful for a large set of software applications such as when setting up a brand new computer.

  1. Navigate under Software Library->Application Management->Application Groups. Right-click and select Create Application Group.
  2. Enter the appropriate information for your Application Group.
  3. Give your Application Group a name and icon.
  4. Select the applications you want in your Application Group. You can move applications up and down to set the installation order.
  5. Click Next to complete and finish setting up your application group. These Application Groups can be deployed in the same manner as individual applications.
