This error occurs when you prevalidate a JV upload. It indicates that SAP can't make sense of the file you've given it.

Look at the file in Word or Excel to determine what might be wrong.

Make sure that the Excel file is saved as Text (Tab Delimited) and not as Formatted Text (Space delimited) which is just above it in the Excel Save As... dialog box menu.
