Q: How to download the Offline Address Book in Outlook

Answer

There are 2 possible ways to download Address Book:

  1. Navigate to File > Account Settings.
  2. Click on Download Address Book...
  3. Make sure that "[accountName]" is displayed in the Choose address book drop down menu at the bottom.

   

  • Navigate to SEND/RECEIVE > Send/Receive Groups > Download Address Book.
  • Click Ok
