Q: How to Configure the Android Outlook App for Microsoft 365 Email and Calendaring

The Microsoft Outlook app is the recommended way to access your Microsoft 365 email and calendar on an Android device.

1. On your mobile device, go to the Google Play Store and install the Microsoft Outlook app.
   
2. Open the app.
3. Tap Get Started.
   
4. Enter your @mit.edu email address and then tap Continue.
   
   No password is required during this step
5. When prompted to choose an account type, tap Office 365.
   
6. Enter your @mit.edu email address and tap Sign In.
7. At the MIT Touchstone Login screen display, enter your MIT Kerberos username and password, and tap Login.
   Duo authentication may be required.
   
8. You have the option to add another account. Tap SKIP to proceed to your Office 365 email in Outlook.
   Result: A few screens of help are displayed that you can read or skip, then your inbox is displayed. You are now set up to use your O365 email and calendar with the Android Outlook App.
