How to convert a .PDF to a .JPEG file

MacOS
Using Adobe Acrobat (free or licenced):
1. Open the PDF in Acrobat. (Right click on file > Mouse over Open With > Click on Adobe Acrobat)
2. Click the Export PDF tool in the right pane (If you do not see the pane, click the left pointing arrow on the right of the window)
3. Choose Image as your export format, and then choose JPEG
4. Click Export. The Save As dialog box is displayed. Select a location where you want to save the file, and then click Save. Each page in the PDF is saved as a separate JPEG file.
Using Preview (built into MacOS):
1. Open the PDF in Preview. (Right click on file > Mouse over Open With > Click on Preview)
2. Click on File > Export
3. Choose JPEG as Format. Choose where the file should be saved (default is Pictures) and click Save

Using Adobe Acrobat DC (licenced):
1. Open the PDF in Acrobat. (Right click on file > Mouse over Open With > Click on Adobe Acrobat DC)
2. Click the Export PDF tool in the right pane (If you do not see the pane, click the left pointing arrow on the right of the window)
3. Choose Image as your export format, and then choose JPEG

Using PDF to JPEG App (Microsoft Store App) (Free):
1. Open the Microsoft Store App by searching for it in the search bar
2. In the Microsoft Store app, search for "pdf to jpeg". Click on the first app. It is the one with two arrows
3. Click on Get and then Install. Once installed, open the app by clicking on the Start Menu > PDF Converter
4. Click on Select File and choose the PDF. Click on Select Folder and choose where the JPEG will be saved. Click on Convert. The image file will be saved in the folder you chose
