BrioQuery Parenthesis button

Question

In formulating a BrioQuery query, I need to use the parenthesis button, but am having a hard time finding it.

Answer

To use the parenthesis button:

• If the little arrow to the left of the limits line is pointing to the right, click on it.
• The arrow should now be pointing to the left, and two additional buttons now appear: a parenthesis button and a Var button.
• Highlight the limits you want to include in the parentheses, and click on Var button.
• To remove the parentheses, click on the Var button again.
