View Salary Distribution for Employee Name

Position information displays for the distribution. For hourly appointments, view the position's Regular or Premium distribution. For graduate student RAs, view their Stipend or Tuition distribution. Use the following buttons to assist yourself:

• Return brings you back to the eSDS overview window.
• Home exits you from eSDS.
• View Dollars opens the Salary Distribution by Dollars window, a view of dollar amounts by month.
• Next Record/Previous Record lets you navigate to the next or the previous distribution detail records.
• View/Hide Graphic allows you to view or hide a timeline graphic of the employee's distribution. You can view by Quarter or by Year.

Edit an Employee's Salary Distribution

The Edit Distribution button displays only if the distribution can be changed. Click this button to display the Edit window, then proceed to make the necessary changes.
Note: You can only edit distributions for the open quarter forward.
