This window displays the employee's actual and projected salary distribution dollars by Cost Object across pay period for fiscal year.
Actual Distributed Costs display in red-shaded, bold type. Actual distributions are based on actual costs distributed for those periods. Vacation credits are reflected by the letter V to the right of the Cost Object. Amounts in suspense will display per the appropriate cost object.
Projected Distribution Costs display in non-bold, non-shaded type. Amounts are calculated based on the person's appointment and assigned distribution.
