Vacation Report

Administrator Report
The Vacation Administrator Report page provides a list of your employees by Organizational Unit as well as a summary of their vacation balances, accrual rates, and last updated by employee date. The report also allows you to drill down on individual employees to submit/change/delete vacation entries, view vacation balances and accrual dates, and view vacation history for regular and 5th week vacation. An email messaging section allows you to email employees who have not submitted vacation for the current month.
Navigating Through the Report
Click the radio buttons to change display of employees from 10 to 20 to All. Also click on individual page numbers to navigate to each page.
To Sort
Sort any column by clicking on the column title.
To Drill down to Employee Detail record
Click on any individual name in the Employee Name column to access a detailed record where you can add/change/delete vacation days for an employee.
Navigate to next employee using the Next and Previous Record buttons. Return to the Vacation Report by clicking the Return to Inbox button.
Email Message
- Select your To recipient by clicking the drop down arrow in the To field.
- If choosing Employees you selected from above, you would need to click the check box next to each individual employee.
- Add your CC, Subject, and Body text.
- Click the Send Email button to generate an email.
