Search for and Select a Room to Add to a Roomset

To search for and select a room to add to roomset, perform the following steps.

1. Enter room’s Building-Room number.
   If you are not sure of the complete Building-Room number, you must use a "wild card" asterisk *. For example, entering N42-1* would return a list of all rooms beginning with N42-1.
   
2. Click the Search button to retrieve and display a list of all matching rooms.
   You may only add available rooms (rooms with X’s) to a roomset.
   If the list does not show the room you want, try other search entries.
   
3. Click the Room Number of the room you want to add to the roomset.
   You advance to the Add Room page. The selected room appears in the Room# field.
