Search for Secondary Roomset PI-Supervisor

1. Enter the person's First Name or Last Name (or both) in the appropriate fields. Use either upper or lower case, the search is not case sensitive.
   Wild Card Searching: If you are not sure of the spelling of a name, you can use a "wild card" asterisk * in the name search fields. For example, if you are looking for someone with the last name Smith, but you're not sure whether it is Smith or Smythe, you could enter sm* into the Last Name field. This should result in a list of all last names beginning with "sm" from which you can then pick the correct individual.
   
   
2. Click Search to retrieve and display a list of all matching names.
   Re-sort the list by clicking on the column heading.
   Select a person by clicking on their Kerberos name - when you do this, you return to the Create New Roomset window. The chosen person's name now displays in the RS Secondary PI(s) field.
   Person not listed? Start Another Search by entering new search information.
   The Return button closes the Search Help window and brings you back to the Create New Roomset window came from.
