This choice defaults to yes. If the employee is within your area of responsibility (the employee belongs to a department you are authorized to), start entering the employee's last name or Mit ID number in the section below. If the employee is not within your area of responsibility, you must enter the Mit ID of the individual. Contact the employee's department to inform them and obtain the Mit ID number.
Employee
Start entering the employee's last name or MIT ID number. As you type, SAP filters the list of employees in your authorized area(s). Make a selection from the list.

Review the employee's Name, MIT ID Number, Position Title, and their HR Organization Unit Name.
